Introduction

From the outset Global Loyalty was designed to support complex high volume enterprise verticals / card association / issuer / co-brand loyalty programs.

Enterprise loyalty programs need to transition away from a closed earn and burn approach. A program should be a destination and offer its members products and services that are not necessarily core product or even of a financial nature. It should be about privileges and providing access to complementary products via collaborative partner offers within the program. Program managers can further monetize their program whilst also widening its appeal, i.e. a move away from a strict points based approach.

For issuers there's now a solution that delivers locally negotiated contracts supplemented with global card association / partner sourced contracts which provides a high degree of autonomy but also leverages off scale/buying power of global partner agreements.
