Cross Sector E/M-Commerce Engine
The GlobalLoyalty E/M-Commerce engine combines in one platform capabilities found in many of the leading commerce solutions powering Travel portals, Ticketing reseller sites and wider E-Commerce/E-Store solutions with advanced shopping cart functionality.
- CRM and other Loyalty solutions are essentially "catalog / merchandise" solutions with no capability to actually configure and process products beyond simple merchandise.
- As a standalone E-Commerce platform GlobalLoyalty is unrivaled in its ability to configure and actually process cross sector products including Accommodation, Flights, Rental Vehicles, Experiential Products, Vouchers, Coupons, Events/Tickets (including a complete ticketing engine/venue configuration/seat selection) and general catalog merchandise.

GlobalLoyalty has implemented a tightly integrated multi-channel experience for the Internet, hand-held devices, kiosks, social networking and cell phones to create a seam-less service and Loyalty experience.
Available now:
- A dedicated IPhone application that supports branding for each Loyalty Program. It provides your members with location aware places to earn and redeem plus complete Loyalty points transaction history, current promotions and ability to redeem points.
- Micro Channel support: RSS news feed, SMS & Twitter to support Loyalty Blog and promotions including mobile coupons. All Promotions can be assigned to one or more micro channels.
Under Development to be released 3rd quarter 2010 are:
- IPad specific application
- Google Android Smartphone application offering similar capabilities to iPhone capabilities described above
- Tablet and Kiosk touch screen applications for use at POS and in store retail use by sales staff.
Further initiatives under consideration include RFID related capabilities providing Mobile Coupon redemptions at POS.
